Jonny Lefko represented a Chicago-based developer who presented the challenging task of finding a buyer for an asset located in an area deemed “a food desert.”  Jonny, who never lets a good challenge go unsolved, procured a buyer (an institutional investment group out of Chicago) to acquire the 48,000 square foot property and promptly welcomed Jewel Osco to their new home.
